You can hire individual AI engineers, prompt engineers, and ML ops talent, or buy a full crew that ships a defined initiative on a fixed timeline.
Most crews kick off in 7–14 days from contract. We pre-vet talent on the bench, so once your initiative is scoped we match crew members against role, sector, and seniority — not against a months-long recruiting funnel.
Pricing is published transparently as Flight Tiers on our pricing page. Staffed crews are billed by role and country (US, EU, PH, BR). Managed delivery is a fixed monthly investment tied to a defined initiative. Most production AI pilots land between $15k and $80k per month depending on crew size and scope.
Yes. Everything we build inside your initiative — agents, prompts, evals, integrations, fine-tunes — is yours. We document and hand over the full repo and runbooks at launch.
Model-agnostic by default. We work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), Meta (Llama), Mistral, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and open-source models hosted on your infra. Model selection is part of the launch plan, not a fixed assumption.
Consultants hand you a deck. We ship working systems. Our crews include builders (engineers and prompt engineers), not just strategists, and we operate what we launch — including on-call, evals, and ongoing tuning.
Yes. Staff augmentation is a common pattern — we plug vetted AI engineers, ML ops, and prompt engineers into your existing team and standards. You manage them; we handle bench, replacement, and ongoing skill development.
